What will you learn?
This training is all about communication. If you complete this 7 module training program then you'll learn how to use a leading edge communication model to benefit yourself and others when communicating. This includes;
- Developing and deepening your listening skills.
- The art of asking questions - the right questions at the right time.
- Decontaminating language that acts as barriers to effective communication.
- The art of framing, re-framing and out-framing ways of thinking.
- Building rapport and the art of influencing.
- How to influence others in positive ways.
- The importance of giving and receiving feedback!

Unpack what is happening in communication and what gets in the way of effective communication. In this module you will learn how to use a communication model to understand the leverage points to ensure effective communication, so you can become an exceptional communicator
Would you like to know how you can grow elephant ears, so you can hear everything… including what is not being said? Exceptional communicators are also exceptional listeners. In this module you will learn leading edge listening skills which will allow you so much more valuable information in communication.
The right questions at the right time are powerful! In this module you will learn the art of questioning, how to ask a beautifully time, perfectly worded question which will remove barriers, unlock hidden information and surface potentially life-changing insights. Would you like this super-power?
Many of our communication disasters happen because our language is contaminated. In this module you will learn how to clean up your own language and how to clean up other people’s language through your own responses so that communication can be highly effective.
This is an advanced skill which when applied to communication has the power to set expectations and positively effect outcomes in communication. In this module you will learn the art of framing, re-framing and out-framing a conversation to promote engagement when communicating.
Great communicators are also great influencers. In this module you will learn how to build rapport with people and influence them through modelling states. When leaders influence their team in positive ways, communication builds engagement and becomes highly effective.
Not many of us really know how to deliver or receive high quality feedback. In this module you will learn the skills to giving high quality feedback so that you reach your objective when delivering feedback – That the person receiving the feedback finds it valuable and is able to do something with it. We will also prepare you so you too can receive feedback like a pro!

Tamara Davidson
Tamara is a highly experienced Executive and Personal Development Coach and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within large organisations. Tamara has trained with some of the worlds leading experts in the human potential movement, where she has specialised in the Enneagram, Meta-Coaching, Neuro-Semantics, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to name a few.
Donna Woodrow
Donna has trained with some of the world’s leading experts in the Enneagram, Meta-Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Prior to "finding herself" Donna's career consisted of building databases and supporting the IT needs of global Fortune 500 companies. After spending over 10 years in the corporate environment and seeing first-hand the great potential and the challenges of human behaviour, Donna takes a genuine interest in the collective and personal growth of the human race and its individuals.
